This day will be filled with Jane's most up to date contemporary designs. Thinking outside of the box this day will be inspired by current trends in fashion and interiors we will use funky colours, containers and stunning blooms in an unusual way. Gone is the day of those fuddy duddy arrangements! We will combine a number of basic skills with some floristry tricks to create some eye catching designs. A great day out for the trend conscious! |

Classic Design

This one day class will look at classic floral designs and we'll teach you how to create in the Jane Packer style! Yes to tradition but no to old fashioned! A day of Jane’s interpretation of how to use those good old
favourites. Whether it's a traditional shaped arrangement, container or flowers we'll mix them up with the new and fashionable to give the designs an up to date style of 2009. The day will include two of the basic floristry techniques, hand tying and arranging in flower foam so this would give a beginner the some good skills. |

This one day wedding workshop will give you a small taster of wedding floristry. We combine two essential techniques to creating a basic selection of bridal flowers. We'll show you how to make a hand tied bridal bouquet, and combine this with a matching buttonhole or corsage. This will give any budding florist an insight into bridal floristry. |

Jane's Master Class

A unique opportunity to participate in a class taught by Jane Packer herself. Students will make two exclusive designs and learn about Jane Packer's individual style first hand. These advanced designs will use the newest blooms direct from the flower auctions, combined with the most up to date vases. An advanced level of floristry will be taught, and although not necessary previous experience would be an advantage. |
