Half day classes offer the perfect opportunity to sample the Jane Packer experience and focus on contemporary techniques and methods of floral design.

The class willl commence at 11 am and finish at approximately 2 pm.  The session will start with an introduction to the essence of Jane's unique flower philosophy, with helpful advise about flower care.

The class will focus on one design with a step-by-step demonstration by a Jane Packer trained tutor. All flowers, materials and equipment are provided and students will take home their creations to enjoy at home. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the lesson.

We recommend you bring a camera and a pen!

Supermarket Surprise

Beat the credit crunch with this fun and innovative class. During this class we will show you how to get the most out of your "lack lustre" supermarket bunch! We will advise you on how to create some super designs from a typical bunch. These simple and effective ideas will be designed in a range of containers that are yours to take home. Spring
This popular class will get your sap rising! Add some cheer to the chilly days of early spring with a fun day out and an abundance of sweet smelling blooms. Using the 'new growth' we'll teach and encourage you through some contemporary designs, new for 2010. Using techniques typical of basic floristry this course is ideal for those new to arranging flowers and inspiring to existing 'budding florists'! You'll get to create one item that is a hand tied design in a container that will both be yours to take home and enjoy.

Flowers With A Friend -SUMMER OFFER

Contemporary Arrangement
This class will be filled with Jane's most up to date contemporary designs. Thinking outside of the box this day will be inspired by current trends in fashion and interiors. We will use funky colours, containers and stunning blooms in an unusual way. Gone is the day of those fuddy duddy arrangements! We will combine a number of basic skills with some floristry tricks to create eye catching designs. A great day out for the trend conscious!

Classic Arrangement
