This week long course is a foundation in bridal floristry teaching you the main basic skills needed to create bridal designs. We'll introduce you to floristry equipment needed to produce bridal designs and show you wiring techniques essential in wedding floristry. The care of flowers is also taught showing you how this affects your floral designs. Learn how to create a variety of bridal bouquets, bridesmaid’s bouquets, accessories and buttonholes in the Jane Packer style. This course will equip any student with skills and confidence to tackle simple wedding requests with style.

The class commences at 10am and finishes at approximately 4pm. Tea coffee and pastry's will be provided through out the day. The course will also include an introduction to the essence of Jane's unique flower philosophy, with advice about flower care.

This intense week long course will help you develop a set of advance skills needed to create designs suitable for events. From weddings, bar mitzvahs, to fashion shows and corporate functions we'll show you how to put together those larger designs. This variety of techniques will enable you to construct structures such as archways, canopy’s and hanging arrangements. We also show you smaller mechanics, tricks and techniques that can be used in many other ways to develop themes and styles essential in event floristry. We'll theme each day to a particular event highlighting style which is so important when choosing and designing floral arrangements for a function. These themes will be based on current trends and fashions.

Of course not every wedding is the same so we've themed each day explaining individual style and how this would affect choices in wedding floristry.
