| Foundation Decorating | |||
| Foundation Decorating is a course designed for those that have some experience of working with flowers. The basis of the of the course deals with designs that would be suitable for parties and events. The course also contains some elements of flower design appropriate for funerals.
A broad range of skills will be employed in creating beautiful Jane
Packer designs that are underpinned with technical instruction and
step-by-step tuition. The day starts at 10am and ends at approximately 4pm with a break in between for lunch. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day. |

| Foundation Bridal | |||
| This week long course is a foundation in bridal floristry teaching you the main basic skills needed to create bridal designs. We'll introduce you to floristry equipment needed to produce bridal designs and show you wiring techniques essential in wedding floristry. The care of flowers is also taught showing you how this affects your floral designs. Learn how to create a variety of bridal bouquets, bridesmaid’s bouquets, accessories and buttonholes in the Jane Packer style. This course will equip any student with skills and confidence to tackle simple wedding requests with style. Our beautiful Jane Packer bridal designs are underpinned with technical instruction and step-by-step tuition.
The course will also include an introduction to the essence of Jane's unique flower philosophy, with advice about flower care. The day starts at 10am and ends at approximately 4pm with a break in between for lunch. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day. |

| This course is aimed at those with more experience in floristry and
are focused on more technical areas of flower design. This week will
include practical projects on bridal flowers and on large scale
items for wedding, parties or events. Although this course is based
on practical sessions it will include discussions on best working
practice, logistics and costing. The course will also include an introduction to the essence of Jane's unique flower philosophy, with advice about flower care. The day starts at 10am and ends at approximately 4pm with a break in between for lunch. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day. |

| Advanced Event Design | |||
| This intense week long course will help you develop a set of advance
skills needed to create designs suitable for events. From weddings, bar
mitzvahs, to fashion shows and corporate functions we'll show you how to
put together those larger designs. This variety of techniques will
enable you to construct structures such as archways, canopy’s and
hanging arrangements. We also show you smaller mechanics, tricks and
techniques that can be used in many other ways to develop themes and
styles essential in event floristry. We'll theme each day to a
particular event highlighting style which is so important when choosing
and designing floral arrangements for a function. These themes will be
based on current trends and fashions. The course will also include an introduction to the essence of Jane's unique flower philosophy, with advice about flower care. The day starts at 10am and ends at approximately 4pm with a break in between for lunch. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day. |

| This intensive week long course has been designed for students wanting
to extend their wedding floristry skills. We'll teach an advanced, more
complex set of skills in this area of floristry, building on the
foundation skills. You'll learn different shapes of bridal bouquets
along with a range of accessories designed to be worn at weddings and
events. Of course not every wedding is the same so we've themed each day
explaining individual style and how this would affect choices in wedding
floristry. The themes are based on current trends and celebrities from
vintage garden theme to 'sex in the city' glamour each weeks course is
never the same! This course uniquely combines skills. The day starts at 10am and ends at approximately 4pm with a break in between for lunch. Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided throughout the day. |
